Visit To The Arly Arboretum – July 2023
Eleven members of Pershore Civic Society visited Arley Arboretum which includes the beautifully restored Italian Garden and a magical Magnolia Garden with a spectacular display of rhodedendrums and azaleas, together with a fine collection of acers and other special tree species.
Upon arrival an introductory talk was given by the Head Gardener who also guided everyone around the gardens pointing out some of the special features including, of course, a number of magnificent trees towering above us.
The visit ended with a wonderful tea including delicious cakes!
