
Olives, Elephants and Explosives
Chairman introduced the meeting by pointing out a Saxon sculpture now revealed on the back wall in St. Andrews Hall, previously hidden by the piano. Keith Goddard then gave a meander along the Avon from Wyre to Pensham, covering olives, elephants and explosives in a surprising local history talk.
